Software you subscribe to. Nothing hidden in the contract.

We sell annual or termly subscriptions to hosted software, billed in cedis. Here's the whole commercial shape of it before you talk to us.

What you get

Hosted software, plus the help to use it

Secure browser access for your whole organization, with hosting, daily backups, updates, data migration, staff training and support all included. Unlimited staff accounts — we don't charge per seat.

What it costs

Quoted per organization, in GHS

Priced on the size of your organization and your billing cycle, never in dollars and never adjusted mid-term. A written quote is fixed for 30 days. See what's included.

How you pay

Mobile Money, card or bank transfer

MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa and Mastercard — processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card number or Mobile Money PIN. Bank transfer available for organizations that need a formal voucher trail.

Common questions

The things people ask us first.

Subscription access to hosted management software for organizations. Two products are live: RunMySchool for private basic and secondary schools, and RunMyProgram for training providers, bootcamps and accelerators. The subscription covers the software, hosting, backups, updates, onboarding, training and support.

Always in Ghana Cedis, never dollars. We quote per organization because a 180-student school and a 1,400-student school genuinely aren't the same job — price is driven by the number of students or participants and by whether you pay annually or per term. Our pricing page lists everything that's included and every factor that moves the number.

Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), Visa and Mastercard, or bank transfer. Card and Mobile Money payments are handled by Paystack, a licensed and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Concepttolive never receives or stores your card number, CVV or Mobile Money PIN.

Yes — a full 30-day money-back guarantee on every new subscription, no questions asked, returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. There's no auto-renewal and no cancellation fee at any point. The full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your organization does, completely. We process it on your behalf and never sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third-party AI models. You can export everything to CSV and PDF at any time, including after cancelling. Student records get stricter access controls than anything else in the platform — see our Privacy Policy.

Most organizations are live within two weeks of accepting a quote. That covers migrating your existing records out of spreadsheets, configuring the system for your calendar and fee structure, and training the staff who'll use it daily. Migration of your current year is included at no extra cost.
