Priced in cedis.
Quoted per organization.

Every RunMy platform is billed as an annual or termly subscription in Ghana Cedis. Because a 180-student school and a 1,400-student school are not the same job, we quote per organization rather than publishing a flat number that would be wrong for most of you. Below is exactly what's included, exactly what moves the price, and how to get yours.

Billed in GHS Mobile Money · Card · Bank transfer 30-day money-back guarantee
01 — Every plan includes

No tiered support. No paywalled basics.

We don't hold onboarding, training or support behind a higher tier. Whatever you pay, you get all of this.

Included

Setup & data migration

We import your existing records — students, staff, fee structures, historical results — from spreadsheets or whatever system you're leaving. You don't start from an empty database.

Included

Staff training

Live training sessions for the people who'll use the system daily, plus written guides. Refresher sessions at the start of each academic year at no extra cost.

Included

Hosting & maintenance

Cloud hosting, daily encrypted backups, security patching and all platform updates. There is no separate hosting bill and no charge for new features released during your term.

Included

Support in your time zone

WhatsApp, phone and email support Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 GMT and Saturday mornings. Urgent issues affecting the whole organization are treated as priority.

Included

Unlimited staff accounts

We don't charge per administrator or per teacher. Add every member of staff who needs access — pricing is based on the size of the organization, not seat count.

Included

Your data, exportable

Export your full dataset to spreadsheet format at any time, including after you cancel. Your records belong to your organization, not to us.

02 — Plan shapes

Three shapes. Your quote fits one of them.

These aren't feature tiers — they're size bands. The functionality is the same; what changes is the scale of the organization and the depth of onboarding involved.

Band A · Starter

Small organizations

For schools and programs under roughly 250 students or participants, usually with one or two administrators running operations.

  • Full platform access
  • Remote onboarding & training
  • Standard support hours
  • Billed termly or annually
Band B · Standard

Established organizations

For schools and programs of roughly 250–800 students or participants, with a full admin office, bursary, and multiple departments.

  • Everything in Starter
  • On-site onboarding in Greater Accra
  • Historical data migration
  • Custom report card templates
Band C · Institution

Large & multi-campus

For organizations above roughly 800 students or participants, or those running several campuses or program streams under one management.

  • Everything in Standard
  • Multi-campus configuration
  • Priority support & named contact
  • Custom integrations on request
03 — What moves the price

No hidden variables.

When you request a quote we ask a short set of questions, and these are the only things that affect the number we come back with:

Organization size
Number of students, participants or members on the system. This is the primary driver.
Billing cycle
Annual subscriptions are discounted against paying per term. Termly is available if annual cash flow is difficult.
Migration depth
Bringing in one current year of records is included. Digitising several years of paper archives is quoted separately.
On-site work
Remote onboarding is included everywhere. On-site training outside Greater Accra carries a travel cost, quoted up front.
Custom development
Only if you ask for something outside the standard platform — a bespoke report format, or an integration with a system you already run.
What we never do

No setup fee dressed up as a "licence". No per-seat charge that grows quietly as you hire. No charge for support. No auto-escalating renewal — if your price changes at renewal we tell you at least 30 days before, in writing, and you can decline.

04 — Billing & payment

How you actually pay.

Currency

All subscriptions are priced and charged in Ghana Cedis (GHS). We do not bill in dollars and we do not pass on exchange-rate movements mid-term.

Accepted payment methods

  • Mobile Money — MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money
  • Cards — Visa and Mastercard, local and international
  • Bank transfer — direct transfer to our Ghanaian business account, for organizations that need a formal invoice and payment voucher trail

Card and Mobile Money payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment service provider. Concepttolive never sees or stores your card number, PIN, or Mobile Money credentials — those are handled entirely within Paystack's secure, PCI-DSS compliant environment.

Billing cycle

Subscriptions run annually or per academic term, whichever you choose at signup. You are invoiced before the period starts. Renewal is not automatic and no card is stored for silent re-charging — we send a renewal invoice and you choose to pay it.

Invoices & receipts

Every payment produces an emailed receipt immediately. Formal invoices with your organization's details, suitable for board approval and audit, are issued on request at no charge.

Refunds

Every new subscription carries a 30-day money-back guarantee — if the platform isn't right for you within the first 30 days, you get a full refund, no argument. Full detail, including how cancellations and renewals work, is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

05 — Getting your quote

Four steps. About two weeks.

  1. You get in touch — via the quote form, WhatsApp, or a phone call. Tell us the organization, roughly how many students or participants, and what you're using today.
  2. We run a demo — 30–45 minutes, online or in person if you're in Greater Accra. You see the actual product, not slides, and we answer whatever your team wants to ask.
  3. You get a written quote — a fixed cedi figure with the billing cycle, what's included, and what isn't. Valid for 30 days. Nothing in it changes after you accept.
  4. We set you up — on acceptance, we migrate your data, configure the system for your calendar and fee structure, and train your staff. Most organizations are running live within two weeks.
