A studio built
for the market
it sells to.

Concepttolive is an independent software studio based in Spintex, Accra. We design, build, host and support the RunMy family — a set of vertical SaaS platforms, each one built for a single kind of organization operating in Ghana and West Africa.

01 — Why we exist

The software wasn't built for here. So we build it here.

Walk into most schools, training programs, NGOs and small institutions in Ghana and you will find the same thing: operations running on paper ledgers, WhatsApp groups, and a spreadsheet that only one person truly understands. Not because these organizations don't want software — but because the software marketed to them was designed for a different context entirely.

It prices in dollars. It assumes card payments and stable broadband. It models an academic calendar, a fee structure, and a reporting requirement that doesn't match the one the organization actually operates under. So it gets bought, half-implemented, and quietly abandoned — and the spreadsheet comes back.

Concepttolive exists to close that gap. We build software the way it should have been built for this market from the start: priced in cedis, paid for by Mobile Money, designed around the workflows people here actually run, and supported by someone in the same time zone who picks up the phone.

02 — How we work

One vertical. Done properly. Then the next.

We deliberately don't build one generic platform with a hundred settings. Each product in the RunMy family is a separate product, built from the ground up for one kind of organization — because a school and an NGO do not run on the same logic, and pretending otherwise is how software ends up useless to both.

Step 01

We sit with the work

Before writing anything, we spend time inside the organization — watching how admissions actually happen, how fees actually get chased, what the term-end report actually has to contain. The product follows the real process, not a diagram of it.

Step 02

We build and pilot narrow

A first version goes live with a small number of real organizations paying real money. Not a free beta — paying customers, because that's the only feedback that tells you whether the thing is genuinely worth having.

Step 03

We onboard, hands on

Every customer gets setup support: data migration from whatever they were using, configuration for their fee structure and calendar, and training for the staff who will use it daily. Software nobody was taught to use is shelfware.

Step 04

We support in the same time zone

Support runs on WhatsApp, phone and email during Ghana business hours. No offshore ticket queue, no eight-hour lag on an answer someone needs before the school day starts.

03 — Who we serve

Live products, real customers.

We only list what is actually shipped and in use. Two products are live today; the rest of the RunMy family is on the roadmap and will appear here when it is genuinely available.

Live · 3 paying schools

RunMySchool

End-to-end school management for private basic and secondary schools: admissions, student records, fee billing and collection, academics and report cards, timetabling, and parent communication.

  • Private basic & JHS/SHS schools
  • Typically 150–1,500 students
  • Ghana-first: GHS fees, termly calendar
Live · early access

RunMyProgram

Cohort and program management for training providers, bootcamps, accelerators and skills programs: applications, cohort tracking, attendance, assessment, certification and outcome reporting.

  • Training providers & bootcamps
  • Accelerators and incubators
  • Donor-funded skills programs
On the roadmap

The rest of the family

The same approach, applied one vertical at a time — organizations that want to be first on a new platform can register interest and help shape it.

  • RunMyNGO — programs & donor reporting
  • RunMyChurch — membership & giving
  • RunMyUniversity / RunMyCollege
04 — Who's behind it

Jeff Bans, founder.

Concepttolive is a one-founder studio. Jeff Bans (Jephthah Bansah) designs, builds and supports the products, working with a small network of contractors for specific pieces of work. That is not a growth story we're hiding — it's a deliberate stage, and it's why we go deep on one vertical at a time rather than spreading thin across eight.

Practically, it means the person who wrote the fee-billing module is the same person who answers when a bursar calls about it. Customers deal with the studio directly, not a reseller or an account manager layer.

Straight answer

If you're evaluating us as a vendor and want to know about continuity, data ownership, or what happens to your data if the studio ever winds down — those are fair questions and we answer them plainly in our Terms and FAQ. Your data is yours and remains exportable at any time.
